Our mission is to promote the educational and professional growth of members to ensure that the highest standards of practice are upheld. We will advocate for our members and clients and work to impact legislation that will improve the delivery of school social work services and enhance the education of all children.

CASSW offers services and activities that uniquely enhance the profession of school social work.

  • The Annual Conference highlights current and relevant issues in school social work practice trends.

  • An orientation workshop for new school social workers offers training and networking opportunities

  • The Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner, held in May, recognizes outstanding school social workers and awards scholarships to promising social work students who are interested in pursuing a career in the profession of school social work.
